We built the trebuchet after being inspired by a PBS TV show about building siege engines and catapults. Real Trebuchet Plans is a record of our design, completed after much research and planning.
The trebuchet plans available here, based on our successful catapult design, have been purchased by trebuchet enthusiasts, students, team building consultants and event planners from around the world.
We decided to design our own after we realized there were no full size trebuchet plans available that were relatively inexpensive and easy to build.
The plans are available in metric and imperial measurement versions.
